On August 26, 2004, Profuturo, the market leader in the administration of Pension and Severance Pay Funds in Panama, received from the certifying company SGS, and issued under the UKAS Accreditation Scheme (United Kingdom Accreditation Service), an ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate. This certification covers the company’s business processes, which include affiliation, collection, investments and information processing in Pension and Severance Pay Funds.

ProFuturo, with a market share participation of 48% in Severance Pay Funds and 32% in Pensions, is proud to be the first company of its kind in Panama to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification.

The certification was given by Mr. Roy Williams - Manager of the certifying company SGS - to the lawyers Juan Carlos Mastellari - General Manager - and Carlos Poveda - Manager of Operations and Technology of ProFuturo -, in a special ceremony that took place at the Caesar Park Hotel.
