How do I pay bills online?
Program payments:
1. Select from the menu options: My
Payments – How to make payments?.

2. The “How to make payments” page
will appear.
3. Select the payee and the type of payment.

4. An account programming page will appear where you
must enter the information requested.

5. Review the data entered and press ACCEPT.
6. Your payment is now programmed in On-Line Banking (Banca en Línea).
How do I make a payment?
1. Select the menu option My
Payments - Make a payment. Choose a payee.

2. Select the account to debit,
contract number, enter the amount you wish to pay, and press ACCEPT.

3. Once you have pressed ACCEPT, a confirmation
page will appear. If the information is correct, click CONFIRM.

4. A page will appear indicating that
the Bank has received your payment instructions and a confirmation number
that you can print.
How do I set up recurring payments?
If you wish to set up recurring payments, follow these
steps:
1. Select the menu option: My
Payments – How to set up recurring payments?

2. Select the payee to receive recurring payments.

3. Complete the information in the boxes shown.

The frequency and number of payments is very important.
This information instructs the Bank to carry out payments. For example,
if you select Recurring Payments: MONTHLY and Payments: 12, the Bank will
automatically pay 12 recurring payments each month.
