Equality & inclusion
Banco General is proud to be one of the leading companies where gender equality is concerned.
In 2019 we were awarded the gender seal, an initiative led by the Ministry for Work and Social Development, with the strategic counseling and technical assistance of the United Nations Development Programme.
We received this certification after achieving specific standards that promote gender equality in the workplace and gave us the opportunity to create a more efficient and egalitarian workplace.
We recognize that there is still a long road ahead, and so we shall continue to strive towards equality.
