Non-immigrant U.S. Visa Payment Processing

Banco General offers the service to receive payments applications for non-immigrant visas of the United States of America. These payments will be received at all Banco General’s branches nationwide in our convenient schedules.

Payments must be made in cash.
To make your payment at Banco General you must:

  • Complete the application published on the website (http://panama.usembassy.gov/) of the U.S. Embassy in Panama.
  • Print two leaflets of deposit (through the embassy’s website)
  • Approach your nearest Banco General´s branch and pay before the expiration of the deposit slip, according to the date indicated on the slip itself.
  • Once the payment for your non-immigrant visa is completed, you must go to the website http://www.ustraveldocs.com/pa and write the reference number that appears on the slip to schedule your appointment.

The fee that applies for a non-immigrant visa is $ 160.00, in most cases, exceptions may apply. Only work visas with a petition approved by the immigration service of the U.S. will have a fee of $ 190.00 or more. Payment will be valid for one year, non-refundable and it’s not transferable to third parties. The Consulate reserves the right to change the date and time of the scheduled appointment and recommends process the visa before purchasing travel tickets. If you lose the slip, the Consulate will require another payment by appointment, at the rate prevailing at the time.

All non-immigrant visa applicants should visit the website of the U.S. Embassy, http://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ to fill the new form DS-160, upload a digital photograph, and only print the confirmation page.
